The mission of Behavioral Health and Wellness Care Services, Inc. is to provide quality support services which promotes client independence through rehabilitation, family support services, and interagency cooperation.

Our agency strives to increase the client's skills to address complex mental health and/or substance abuse needs of individuals who have significant functional deficits in order to reduce symptoms.
