Behavioral Health and Wellness Care Services, Inc. was established in January 2006. We are fully endorsed and are contracted to provide services through the The Guilford Center and CenterPoint Human Services.Behavioral Health and Wellness Care Services, Inc. is honored to announce that it has been awarded a CARF Three-Year Accreditation for the following programs: Assessment and Referral: Mental Health (Adults), Assessment and Referral: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents) Case Management/Services Coordination: Mental Health (Adults), Case Management/Services Coordination: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents) and Intensive Family-Based Services: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents).

An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are measurable and accountable.

 

We have professional staff with several years of clinical experience. Our professionals are dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment services to the population served. The staff at our agency includes a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Qualified Professionals.

We service the following counties Guilford, Davie, Stokes, Forsyth and coming soon Craven and Mecklenburg.
